If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in SW Florida, Karen Rand is THE best! Not only is she diligent and detailed, but she actually listens to her clients. Home buying and selling can be stressful (speaking from someone who has done it more than a few times the past several years), and having a top-notch agent on your side is reassuring and alleviates a ton of anxiety associated with the process. The end of our transaction was completed from a distance, and Karen kept everything on track. Because we were out of town, Karen went above and beyond on more than one occasion. Karen recently helped my family purchase lots in SGC. She was amazing to work with and even went to the lots to FaceTime us so we could see the property since we weren't able to travel. She negotiated with three different sellers and set us up with a great title company. The whole process was so easy and I know a lot of that had to do with Karen.

I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to see and I was contacted by Karen. She is so nice and was always available to me when I had questions thru the process of buying the house. So when I was ready to sell the other house I knew I would call Karen. She got on it right away to get it presented well and get it advertised and sold quickly. I'm so happy! And I would call her again to buy or sell, without a doubt!

Karen is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She was the agent whom I bought my 1st home with and also she helped me with the selling process ten years later. Even with Covid-19 and a few things the home needed to bring the home to Par, she had 6 showings the 1st day on the market. Had the buyer to the home later that week and closed about a month later! I had a short time frame to sell on a unique home and Karen made it happen! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome/ agent to help me with the process.
